An average and unassuming tv repairman he eventually invented a television remote that allowed him to travel through tv. The power assumingly drove him mad and he became a villain and declared himself the Televillain. This brought the attention of Supreme and they became arch-enemies.

He was eventually trapped in the Hell of Mirrors with other foes of Supreme.

1990s

He escaped the Hell of Mirrors.

2000s

He later returned to cause mayhem for Youngblood when they were a part of a deadly reality tv drama in 2008.
